Confirm Android location access for Dash, check that Location is turned on, and try again outdoors with a clear view of the sky.
Dash checks the route before awarding territory. Make sure the activity is outdoors, return near the start, then finish and submit the session.
If you want to lock your screen while walking or running, grant the appropriate background location permission. Device settings and battery controls can affect recording.
Take a screenshot if it does not contain sensitive location details, note what you expected to happen, and email support with your device and app version.
Account and privacy
Your raw activity routes are private by default. Captured territory appears on the shared map because it is part of the Dash game.
For a privacy question, read the Privacy Policy. To permanently close your account and request deletion of associated data, use Delete account.
