Delete from the app
- Open Settings → Delete account in Dash on Android or iOS.
- Finish or discard any active activity, then review the deletion details.
- Type DELETE and confirm. Apple-linked accounts may ask you to verify with Apple before deletion.
The app deletes the account and signs you out after deletion succeeds. You do not need to email support as an extra step. If deletion fails, follow the message in the app or contact support below.

Ask support for deletion help.
If you cannot sign in, use an older version without account deletion, or encounter an error, send a request from the email address connected to your Dash account. Include “Delete my Dash account” in the subject line and your display name, if you use one. For Apple Hide My Email accounts, tell us that you use Apple sign-in; do not send an Apple password or verification code.
Email support ↗What happens next
In-app deletion removes your sign-in account, profile, private setup answers, saved activities, captured territory and uploaded avatar/route-preview files from the active service. Account deletion is permanent. Public website map snapshots normally refresh every six hours; a delayed or failed refresh can extend removal from that map.
For requests sent to support, we may ask for limited information to verify account ownership before completing deletion, then explain the outcome. Some information may need to remain where required by law or to resolve a security issue; backups and copies already downloaded or shared by other people can remain separately.
Deleting your account is different from uninstalling Dash. Removing the app from your phone does not send us a deletion request.
Before deletion
- Do not include your password, payment details, or a screenshot containing sensitive information.
- If you can no longer access the account email, explain that in the message so support can tell you what verification is possible.
- Account deletion is permanent once completed. Your activity history and access to Dash will not be recoverable.
